磁力密封通过磁力耦合实现扭矩的无接触传递,将动密封转化为静密封,从根本上杜绝了泄漏。适用于有毒、易燃易爆、强腐蚀或高纯净介质,在半导体、制药、食品、航天等洁净度要求极高的领域应用广泛。
【技术要点与改进方案】:传统磁力密封存在内部轴承寿命受介质影响、隔离套承载能力有限、磁钢退磁风险及成本较高等缺点。针对滚动轴承易受损的问题,我司首次提出在磁力传动密封装置底部加装一套机械密封——轴承与介质完全隔离,外加循环润滑油同时作为轴承润滑剂和机封隔离流体,并在机械密封腔体底部增设冷却水箱以降低高温介质的影响。

The magnetic seal achieves contactless torque transmission through magnetic coupling, converting dynamic seals into static seals, fundamentally eliminating leakage. It is suitable for toxic, flammable/explosive, highly corrosive, or high-purity media, and widely used in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food, aerospace, and other fields with extremely high cleanliness requirements.
【 Technical Notes & Improvement Solution】: Traditional magnetic seals have disadvantages including limited service life of internal bearings (affected by process media), limited load-bearing capacity of the containment shroud, risk of magnet demagnetization, and high cost. To overcome the disadvantage of rolling bearings being affected by the medium, our company proposes for the first time to add a mechanical seal assembly at the bottom of the magnetically driven seal device — bearings are completely isolated from the medium, externally circulated lubricating oil serves as both bearing lubricant and barrier fluid, and a cooling water tank is added at the bottom of the mechanical seal cavity to reduce the impact of high-temperature media.
