PEEK轴套是采用高性能工程塑料聚醚醚酮加工制成的泵用耐磨部件，主要应用于泵轴支撑部位，替代传统合金、钢质轴套。
PEEK材料具有优异的自润滑性能，摩擦系数低（干摩擦≤0.29），PV临界值高，在泵轴高速旋转工况下无需额外润滑油脂即可稳定运行。材料耐温性能突出，连续使用温度可达260°C，短期可耐受300°C高温。同时，PEEK几乎耐所有有机和无机溶剂，仅浓硫酸对其有腐蚀作用，在化工泵、油泵等腐蚀性介质工况中表现优异。
根据工况需求，PEEK轴套可采用纯料、碳纤维增强或玻纤增强等多种牌号，碳纤维增强牌号耐磨性和高温机械强度更佳，适用于高载荷高转速工况。
本产品支持来图来样定制，可按客户要求的尺寸、公差、材料牌号进行精密加工。适用于清水泵、化工泵、油泵、自吸泵等各类泵设备，以及离心机、压缩机等旋转机械。
PEEK sleeve bearing is a high-performance pump wear part made from polyetheretherketone, primarily used for pump shaft support applications as a replacement for traditional alloy or steel bushings.
PEEK offers excellent self-lubricating properties with low friction coefficient (≤0.29 under dry friction) and high PV limit, enabling stable operation under high-speed pump shaft rotation without external lubrication. The material provides outstanding temperature resistance with continuous service up to 260°C and short-term tolerance up to 300°C. PEEK is resistant to almost all organic and inorganic solvents, with only concentrated sulfuric acid causing degradation, making it ideal for chemical pumps and oil pumps handling corrosive media.
Various grades are available including neat PEEK, carbon fiber reinforced, and glass fiber reinforced options. Carbon fiber reinforced grades offer superior wear resistance and high-temperature mechanical strength, suitable for high-load and high-speed applications.
Custom manufacturing is available based on customer drawings and samples, with precision machining to specified dimensions, tolerances, and material grades. Suitable for various pumps including clean water pumps, chemical pumps, oil pumps, self-priming pumps, as well as centrifuges and other rotating machinery.
